    Postpartum support involves basic breastfeeding assistance, emotional support, guidance during the recovery period and more.
  • Do you provide support for postpartum depression or anxiety?
    While I am not a mental health professional, I offer emotional support and referrals to qualified specialists if needed.
  • What are your rates?
    My rates vary based on the services you need. Please contact me for a personalized consultation.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    Yes, we are credentialed with HBCBS of NJ, Horizon NJ Health, Amerigroup Commercial Care, Aetna Assure Premiere Plus (HMO D-SNP), United Health Care Community Plan NJ, Wellpoint, and Fidelis. All birth packages are fully covered by insurance.
  • When should I hire a doula?
    Ideally, as early in your pregnancy as possible, but I can support you at any stage.
  • Can I meet you before deciding?
    Yes, I offer a free consultation to discuss your needs and ensure we’re a good fit.
  • Do you work with specific birth settings (hospital, home, birth center)?
    Yes, I support clients in hospitals, birth centers, and home birth settings.
  • Can my partner and family still be involved?
    Absolutely. I work alongside your support network to ensure everyone feels empowered.
  • Do you offer virtual support?
    Yes, I provide virtual consultations and support for those who prefer or need it.
  • What if my labor lasts longer than expected?
    I am committed to staying with you as long as needed for your labor and birth. However, I work with a backup Doula to ensure that you get exceptional support throughout your labor process if support is required for more than 12 hours.
